The Palestinian resistance movement Hamas has condemned in the strongest terms the large-scale aggression by the Israeli regime against Iran.
In a statement released on Friday, the Palestinian group said that the Israeli regime was desperately attempting to drag the entire region into to flames of war.
“This constitutes a dangerous escalation that threatens to ignite the region, reflecting the determination of Netanyahu’s extremist regime to drag the region into open confrontations to serve its delusions of dominating the Muslim countries.”
Hamas said the Zionist project “poses an existential threat to the entire region – not just Palestine – targeting all who refuse submission.”
The Palestinian resistance movement further said the Israeli regime has committed a flagrant violation of international norms and conventions.
Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, has declared that the regime must now await a harsh punishment.
Hamas also offered “heartfelt condolences to the Iranian leadership and people” for the martyrdom of several senior military commanders and nuclear scientists.
Hamas said Iran was paying the price for its “steadfast positions in supporting Palestine” and for adhering to its independent national decisions.
The Palestinian resistance movement demanded a unified stance to deter the Israeli assassins and end the crimes of the regime across the region.
“The Zionist entity remains the central enemy of our Muslim world, and the battle against it requires unity of ranks and integrated efforts to protect our peoples from its crimes and expansionist schemes.”
