Kenyan President William Ruto has apologized to Tanzania and Uganda, saying the move is aimed at strengthening diplomatic relations and good neighborliness.
President Ruto said this today, May 28, 2025 in Nairobi during a national service and stressed that everyone has a responsibility to build East African solidarity through mutual respect and dialogue where appropriate, along with true solidarity.
The ceremony was attended by various political, religious and diplomatic leaders.
