The financial technology festival that began yesterday, June 13, 2025 at the Julius Nyerere International Conference Center (JNICC) in Dar es Salaam has been named among the best technology festivals in the world.
The festival, which involves experts from 17 countries around the world, is expected to benefit Tanzanian experts and the nation as a whole, with technological innovation cited as a catalyst for rural economic growth.
Speaking about the festival, the managing director of the Estern Star Consulting Group, which also organizes the Top 100 Companies awards, said the festival provides various opportunities that help promote financial technology as well as boost the economy through technology.
