The government in Rukwa region has been asked to suspend tax levies on farmers who sell their produce to the National Food Warehouse Authority (NFRA) because the move causes farmers to be taxed twice.

The call was issued by the Cooperative Forum in the region, as reported by Sammy Kisika.
