The government has pledged to continue improving the service delivery environment in the country's health sector, especially in oral and dental health, by investing in modern medical equipment to be used in various hospitals in the country.
This was stated by Dr. Baraka Nzobo, Assistant Director of Oral Health Services from the Ministry of Health, while speaking on behalf of the Minister of Finance, Dr. Mwigulu Nchemba, during the closing of the exhibition of oral and dental health products and services – Tanzania Dental Expo – held at the Mlimani City Hall, in Dar es Salaam.
Dr. Nzobo said the exhibition has been of great benefit to professionals in the oral and dental health sector, as it has given them the opportunity to learn new techniques as well as be shown modern equipment used in providing modern and quality services.
