President Samia Suluhu Hassan has said she has begun to see positive changes within the Police Force, where discipline, ethics, professionalism and dignity have increased significantly compared to the past.
He commended the Principal of the Police Academy, Lazaro Mambosasa, and the Minister of Home Affairs, Innocent Bashungwa, for bringing about these changes.
