Government Spokesperson, Gerson Msigwa, has said that more than 10 countries have come to Tanzania to learn how to build a Government City by observing the construction of the city of Mtumba, Dodoma with 34 buildings and asphalt roads measuring 59.1 kilometers long, while they expect to add more towards the State House.
