The contractor of the Chinese Company WU Yi Ltd has been assigned the task of constructing a 10-kilometer asphalt road from Waso to Loliondo, in Ngorongoro district, Arusha region. The construction contract was signed today, June 9, 2025, at a special ceremony held to officially begin the implementation of the project, which is important for the development of the people of the area. Speaking during the event, Arusha Regional Commissioner, Paul Makonda, said the Government has continued to invest in strategic infrastructure projects, as part of efforts to open up economic and social opportunities for citizens.
