June 4th of each year is the International Day for the Protection of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression.
It is estimated that more than 473 million children in the world, equivalent to one in every five children, live in vulnerable war environments, becoming victims of sources of conflict that they did not cause.
The result of this situation is that they become innocent victims in an environment that is dangerous to their safety and the future of their overall development.
