It has been stated that the chronic problem of traffic jams on the roads of Dar es Salaam city can increase stress for transport users, cause fatigue for drivers and passengers and ultimately increase the likelihood of accidents and deaths on the road.
This has been noted in a week in which the city has been experiencing heavy traffic jams on various major roads, causing great inconvenience to residents.
