#NEWS: Minister of State, President's Office, Regional Administration and Local Government Dr. Mohammed Mchengerwa has instructed the Permanent Secretary of RALGM to collaborate with Regional Commissioners and Directors of all Councils in the country to ensure that all strategic markets being built provide opportunities and priority to small traders known as Wamachinga in their markets.
Dr. Mchengerwa said this in Dar es Salaam during the Kariakoo Veterans' Conference organized by the Dar es Salaam Veterans' Union in collaboration with the Ilala District Commissioner's office.
For his part, Ilala District Commissioner Edward Mpogolo said they will ensure that all loan funds reach the Machinga people and other businessmen to bring productivity to the economy.
