Ilala District Commissioner, Edward Mpogolo has urged women entrepreneurs, youth and people with disabilities to identify the criteria for the 10 percent loans provided by councils in the country in order to identify their borrowing and repayment opportunities so that they can benefit from the 5 billion shillings allocated for this year in the Dar es Salaam city council.
Mpogolo made the statement during the council's Women Entrepreneurs Forum conference held at the Diamond Jubilee Hall and attended by entrepreneurs, government leaders, financial and economic experts, as well as some retired leaders.
