Tanzanians have joined other Muslims around the world to celebrate the Eid al-Adha holiday, with a strong message from religious leaders emphasizing maintaining peace and solidarity in the run-up to the general elections in October this year.
While religious leaders are explaining this, Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa has urged Tanzanians who engage in various activities—whether group, individual or public—to comply with the law, including exercising freedom of worship.
