Ahead of the Eid Al-Hajj festival, some citizens, especially Muslim believers, have advised traders to abandon the habit of raising prices of goods during the holiday period.

In Dar es Salaam, the price of a goat has currently risen from one hundred thousand shillings to two hundred thousand shillings, which is making some people unable to afford to buy a meal during the Feast of the Slaughter.

During the visit, Kihenzile also visited Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA) and witnessed first-hand the working environment of air traffic controllers and how new infrastructure is making their jobs easier.
