Ubungo District Commissioner, Albert Msando has camped on Goba Road in an emergency effort to find a solution to the heavy traffic congestion affecting residents of the University, Mbezi Beach, Magufuli Stand to Madale areas.
In recent days, queues have become a nuisance with various reasons cited, including drivers not following the rules, motorbike taxis and bodabodas entering randomly, and vehicles stopping indiscriminately to buy goods.
In addition, some leaders and public servants are cited as leaders in violating road safety laws, a situation that undermines the morale of soldiers and contributes to the problem.
