The new Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) for the African Region, Prof. Mohamed Janabi, was received with many congratulations today in parliament following his landslide victory in the election for the position held last month.
Members of Parliament have praised Prof. Janabi for his courage, patriotism and the great contribution he made to the country's health sector before ascending to that international level.
