The Islamic Republic of Iran Army has announced that Arash-class suicide drones infiltrated the airspace of the occupied territories and successfully destroyed their designated targets.
Israeli sources also reported that two Iranian drones entered the airspace of the Dead Sea in the occupied territories, triggering alarm sirens across that region and Zionist settlements in the West Bank.
Channel 13 of Israel’s television claimed that the regime’s military systems were at the time pursuing them.
This comes as Israeli media announced last night the start of Iran’s fifth wave of missile attacks, saying Iranian missiles had targeted “all parts of [the occupied lands],” striking objectives in Tiberias, the occupied Golan, and Lower Galilee.
Iran launched its retaliatory operation, following a series of Israeli attacks, by firing a barrage of missiles toward the occupied Palestinian territories on Friday night.
In a statement early Saturday, the IRGC said the response, codenamed Operation True Promise III, involved the aerospace division firing a wave of ballistic missiles and deploying armed drones against “strategic” Israeli targets.
Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi said at least 150 targets were struck during the retaliatory operation against the Israeli regime, including several critically strategic military bases.
The retaliatory operation followed the Israeli military’s assassination of high-ranking Iranian military commanders and nuclear scientists early Friday, which also martyred over 70 civilians, including women and children.
The Tel Aviv regime, backed by the United States, also carried out a large-scale military aggression on multiple locations inside Iran, targeting nuclear facilities, military infrastructure, and residential buildings in Tehran and other cities.
