Simba coach, Fadlu Davids, discusses the game, saying that despite going through many difficulties, they remained strong and fought until the end of the game, and as a team they will continue to be fair.

Coach Fadlu has touched on some of the incidents including the red card to Yusuph Kagoma which he said "…was not necessary…"

Regarding how the card contributed to today's result, Fadlu said it affected them because they were forced to play less against the Moroccan champions, but it did not reduce their ability to score more goals…

Regarding the 'off-side' decision on what they believed was a goal, Coach Fadlu says he is not sure if it was indeed offside, saying "…I haven't seen the VAR lines to show it was offside, and I also don't know if anyone has seen it, but we accept it all"

He praised his players for the fight they showed despite being short and facing many decisions that went against them…
