The Iraqi Kataib Hezbollah has warned that Washington’s regional interests and bases will come under attack if the United States assists in the Israeli aggression against Iran.

The Iraqi resistance group threatened in a statement on Sunday to strike American interests and bases in the region if they join in the Israeli aggression against Iran.

It said that the Islamic Republic does not need military support from others to confront the Israeli regime and that if the United States enters the war, the resistance forces will directly target American interests and bases in the region.

The Kataib Hezbollah also stated that Iran can easily rub the nose of Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the dust and contain his latest aggression.

The Iraqi resistance group, in another part of its statement, emphasized that all movements by the US military in the region are being closely monitored and that if the United States decides to intervene, American interests and bases in the region will be attacked without any hesitation.

The Kataib Hezbollah also called on the Iraqi government to act responsibly in the face of these historical developments and immediately close the US embassy in Baghdad and expel the American occupation forces from the country.

On Friday morning, the Tel Aviv regime launched a new act of aggression against the Islamic Republic, assassinating several top Iranian military commanders and nuclear scientists, in addition to killing civilians, including women and children.

In response to the Israeli aggression, Iran launched extensive missile and drone strikes on the occupied Palestinian territories in self-defense.

Iran’s strikes hit military-industrial targets in cities such as Tel Aviv, the occupied port of Haifa, and other places.
