Ambassadors representing their countries in the country have been encouraged to persuade their countries to invest in Dodoma Region due to the region having all the necessary and sufficient criteria to attract visitors, including sufficient land for trade and investment.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ambassador Mahmoud Thabit Kombo, said this at a meeting of the ambassadors followed by a tour called the 'Diplomatic Capital City Tour' in the city.
For his part, the Chinese Ambassador, Dr. Lu Youqing, has said that his country supports Tanzania's development and has persuaded several companies in his country to visit Dodoma and bring their business activities to achieve development.
